Travel Committee will coordinate with guests to ensure seamless round-trip transportation from local airports to the venue. We recommend that all guests from the same chapter plan to arrive as a group.

Airport Transfer Services

For guests arriving on July 2nd (Thursday) and July 3rd (Friday) and departing on July 5th (Sunday), airport transfer services* will be provided from BDL & BOS airports. 

*Prior reservation is Required. respective form will be shared.

Arrival

Upon arrival at BDL or BOS on July 2nd (Thursday) and July 3rd (Friday), please proceed to the NRIVA Welcome Desk (near the luggage area) to board the designated vehicles. *Please check back later for further details.

Departure

Vehicles will be available on July 5th (Sunday) starting from 1 PM onwards.NRIVA Travel Team members will assist guests with boarding vehicles. *Please check back later for further details.
