NRIVA GC Travel Committee will arrange transportation services to ensure all guests experience a seamless and comfortable trip to the convention, with convenient airport access and coordinated transportation to and from the venue and hotels.

For guests traveling on July 3rd (Friday), July 4th (Saturday), and July 5th (Sunday), airport transfer services** will be provided from/to BDL and BOS airports.
Arrive at the NRIVA Welcome Desk (Arrivals Area) at BOS or BDL airport terminals. The NRIVA Welcome Desk will assist with questions and directions. Buses will be parked at the designated “Charter Buses” location at airport terminals. Comfortable waiting area,light snacks,Tea and drinks will be provided.
Arrive at Guest Services at the hotels or convention center. NRIVA Travel Team members will assist with questions and directions.
